We have tried to make our Terms and Conditions very simple so as to feed you with all information that we possibly can regarding online and in store sales so that you can understand the whole process. Products & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations (color, print, packaging) may occur due to lighting, supplier batches, or screen display.
Stock availability is updated regularly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide an alternative.
Prices and Payments and Delivery
All our prices are in Tanzanian Shillings. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you will order plus any other delivery charge . The delivery charge will be based on your location if its more farther than the store then higher delivery charges will be charged.
We accept payment via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD) in Dar es salaam only. For upcountry it is only advance payment.
We deliver across Dar es Salaam and upcountry regions in Tanzania and instore pickup from our store is available.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you may exchange the product within 24 hours, unless we delivered incorrect product and do not have a replacement.
It is the customers responsibility to return the item to our retail location. Any delivery charges related to a return will be the customers responsibility, unless we supplied an incorrect product.
Returns are not accepted for:
Clearance/sale items.
Used, damaged, or unhygienic items.
Breast pumps and bottles
- if Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
